Pig Heart Soup

450g lotus root
75g black-eyed beans
2 slices of ginger
salt

-Wash and chop up lotus root
-Wash black eyed beans
-Wash, parboil and rinse pig heart
-Bring a suitable amount of water to the boil. Add in all the ingrediensts and bring to the boil. Turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours. Season with salt.
