Cooking Is My hobby
When i'm get holiday, i'm not walking walking with my freind. coz, i dont like. just tree hours i'n in the kitchen. serving a delicious meal that exactly suits the palate as well as the stomach of a family of "just the two of you" ia a juggling act.
Morning, i'm go tho shoping bay vegetables and meat. you know. vegetables are rich in roughage, carotene and vitamins. good for improfing digestion and boosting immunity, they are almost indispensable for every meal.

Lunch with Stewed Mushrooms And Bean
75 g fresh mushroom
75 g strae nusroom
75 g french beans
113 g long beans
2 cloves garlic
Methot
-Cut the stalks off the caps mushroom. halve and wash. break long beans and frenc beans into section. halve straw musrhoom and scald
-Heat wok and add oil. stir fray mushroom untik fragrant.add french beans ang long beans and stir fray. add straw mushroom. thicken with stock. Season with salt.serve.

Chinese White Cabbage

450g Chinese white cabbage38g fox nuts
75g lotus seeds
300g lean pork
4 red dates(stones removed)
Method
-Wash chinese white cabbage
-Wash fox nuts, lotus seeds and red dates
-Wash lean pork,scald and rinse
-bring water to the boil. add all the ingredients. bring to the boil. turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours.Serve.

Pig Heart Soup
450g lotus root
75g black-eyed beans
2 slices of ginger
salt
methot
-Wash and chop up lotus root
-Wash black eyed beans
-Wash, parboil and rinse pig heart
-Bring a suitable amount of water to the boil. Add in all the ingrediensts and bring to the boil. Turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours. Season with salt.
